Carolyn has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and Line Management, with an extensive track record in the use of assessment and development techniques. A graduate and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has specialised in the assessment and development of professional and managerial personnel within the Public and Private sectors.
After an early career in HR she moved into consultancy in 1986. Trained by one of the UK’s leading Occupational Psychologists and approved by the British Psychological Society, she is licensed to administer and interpret most reputable personality questionnaires as well as a range of Aptitude and Ability tests.
Her commitment to her client’s development has resulted in increasing involvement in Leadership programmes since the early 1990s, culminating in her playing a leading role in the development and roll out of a major corporate culture change programme.

• Fellow and Graduate of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
• British Psychological Society Level A and Full level B
• Accredited and licensed to administer MBTI, OPQ, 16PF, FIRO-B, SDI
